What are you hours?
We are open on Monday from 9 am to 3 pm and Tuesday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. We are also open Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm. We are closed on Sundays.

Can you deliver my order today?
Place you order by 2pm (EST) for same day delivery. After 2:00 pm (EST) your order will be delivered the following day.

How do I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Carte Blanche and Diners Club.

Are there any delivery charges or tax?
All orders are subject to tax of 6%. Orders for delivery in our local area will be charged $XX to $XX for delivery based on the recipient's delivery location. Orders outside our local area will be charged $10.99 for delivery and wire charge.

What about substitutions?

Not all flowers are available year-round. Some flowers are seasonal or only available regionally. Where they are not available, the closest substitute will be used. Some plants are only available during certain seasons or in certain regions. In such case, we will substitute the closest type of plant at an equal or higher value. Some containers may not be readily available, especially during holidays; in such cases a similar container will be used. If you do not want any part of your order substituted as needed, please mention this when ordering.

What about orders going outside of the U.S.?
To place an order for delivery outside of the US, please call us at least 24 hours before your requested delivery date. There are special conditions and pricing that applies to international orders.

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please call us at at 888-828-9991 or 860-828-9991. Have your Netticket number available for us to facilitate your request quickly.

Is the arrangement in the photo exactly what will be delivered?
Each bloom is unique, therefore no two arrangements will look exactly the same. The style, types of flowers, arrangement of the flowers and container will be as similar as possible using the wide variety of fresh flowers we have in our shop (see "What about substitutions?" above). The photos are provided as a guide for both you and the designer of your arrangement.

We deliver flowers directly from our shop to the following Connecticut towns:
Berlin, East Berlin, Kensington, Cromwell, Rocky Hill, Newington, Plainville, and New Britain.

For all other Towns and States we will use our wire service to send your order to a local florist in the subject area. Please call our shop at 1-860-828-9991 if you have any questions or need any assistance.
